1. Parties

Vendor: CARTOGRAPHERO MAPPING AND SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED COMPANY
Buyer: [Buyer's Full Name / Trade Name]

2. Subject of the Agreement

​

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the sale and delivery of digital map products purchased electronically by the Buyer via the website www.cartographero.com. The transaction is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Sales Regulation.

3. Products Covered by the Agreement

​

This agreement covers the sale of the following digital products and services:

• Personalized design maps

• Maps and routing services for historical, touristic, and cultural areas

• Interactive web maps, dashboards, and map-based software

• Mapping and analysis solutions based on UAV and satellite imagery

• Geographic Information Systems (GIS)-based data management and analysis services

• Industrial and sector-specific mapping solutions

• 3D mapping and modeling services

• Training, consultancy, and technical support services

• Thematic, regional, decorative, and statistical map products purchased from the map store

All of these products are delivered in digital format and do not involve any physical shipment.

4. Delivery Method

​

Products are delivered in e-map format to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer during the order process and assigned to the customer panel on www.cartographero.com. No physical delivery or shipping is carried out. The Buyer acknowledges that the product is deemed fully delivered upon successful download of the assigned file.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

​

As per Article 15 of Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for digital products that are delivered electronically, immediately performed, and customized for the user. The Buyer acknowledges and accepts this condition in advance.

6. General Provisions

• The Buyer declares that they have received prior information about the features of the products, their sales price, and payment method, and have accepted these.

• Payment is collected via the method selected by the Buyer.

• The Buyer agrees to use the purchased products solely for personal or institutional purposes and not to copy, distribute, share with third parties, resell, or reproduce the products.

7. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

All intellectual and industrial property rights of the digital products belong to Cartographero Mapping and Software Technologies Ltd. The Buyer may only use the products within the scope of the license granted. No rights are granted for commercial reproduction, public distribution, resale, or any form of unauthorized sharing. Legal action will be taken in the event of any infringement.

8. Competent Court

 

In all disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Seller's place of residence are authorized. Istanbul Central Courts and Execution Offices are valid for commercial transactions.

 

9. Enforcement

 

The Buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all articles of this agreement by approving it electronically. The Convention enters into force and binds the parties at the moment of ratification.

10. Additional Assurance and Provision

 

This agreement protects Cartographero's digital product security, content integrity, commercial rights and relations with the user on a legal basis. All our rights arising from the legislation in force but not included in the agreement are reserved. We reserve the right to use all our legal rights in case of any malicious use, unauthorized distribution or content infringement.
 
 This agreement consists of a total of 10 (ten) articles and enters into force with the digital approval of the buyer.
