  • To request correction of personal data that has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,

  • To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist,

  • To request that the correction, deletion, or destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

  • To object to the emergence of a result against themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • To demand compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Users can exercise their rights by applying to Cartographero through the following channels:

Applications will be reviewed and concluded by Cartographero within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days. Additional information or documents may be requested if necessary.
