Cancellation and Refund Conditions

1. General Provisions

All map products offered by Cartographero Mapping and Software Technologies Ltd. at www.cartographero.com are digital and delivered electronically via email and the user interface. By completing a purchase, users are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales agreement presented within this agreement.

2. Digital Delivery Terms

Purchased digital map products are assigned to the user's registered email address and customer panel after payment is completed. Delivery typically occurs within minutes, excluding system congestion. There is no physical product or shipping process.

3. Right of Withdrawal – Validity Status

Pursuant to Article 15 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content rendered instantly electronically. Since digital maps offered by Cartographero are also considered within this scope, cancellations or returns are not possible after purchase.

4. Return Conditions – Inapplicability

Due to the digital nature of the products offered, refunds are not possible once the product has been downloaded or delivered. This is essential for both software security and the protection of intellectual property rights.

5. Exceptions and Legal Basis

The right of withdrawal may only be exercised in the event of technical issues with digital products that have not yet been delivered and accessed, subject to Cartographero's assessment. In such cases, the user may submit a support request via [info@cartographero.com].

6. Default and Payment Failure

In the event of any issues with the user's payment process or unauthorized use of their card, the product will not be delivered until the payment is verified. If the bank fails to pay the merchant due to unauthorized card use, Cartographero reserves the right to revoke access to the product.

7. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction over all disputes that may arise from this contract.
