Cancellation and Refund Conditions
1. General Provisions
All map products offered by Cartographero Mapping and Software Technologies Co. Ltd. via www.cartographero.com are digital and delivered electronically via e-mail and user panel. Users who make the purchase are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract presented within the scope of this agreement.
2. Digital Delivery Conditions
Purchased digital map products are assigned to the user's registered e-mail address and customer panel after the payment process is completed. Delivery time is usually within minutes, except for system congestion. There is no physical product or shipping process.
3. Right of Withdrawal – Validity Status
According to Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502; there is no right of withdrawal for digital content that is performed instantly in electronic environment. Since the digital maps offered by Cartographero are also considered within this scope, no cancellation or return is possible after purchase.
4. Return Conditions – Non-Applicability
Due to the digital nature of the products offered, it is not possible to get a refund after the product has been downloaded or delivered. This is mandatory for both software security and the protection of intellectual property rights.
5. Exceptions and Legal Basis
The right of withdrawal can only be granted in case of technical problems for digital products that have not yet been delivered and accessed, subject to an assessment by Cartographero. In such cases, the user can submit a support request via [info@cartographero.com].
6. Default and Payment Failure
In case of any problems during the payment process of the user or unauthorized use of the card; the product will not be delivered until the payment is verified. If the bank does not pay the amount to the seller due to unauthorized use of the card, Cartographero reserves the right to revoke access to the product.
7. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction over all disputes that may arise from this contract.
