Digital Product Sales Preliminary Information and Distance Sales Contract

Topic 1

This document covers the preliminary information regarding the electronic sales and delivery of digital maps or other digital products offered by Cartographero Mapping and Software Technologies Ltd. Şti. (“Seller”) and the provisions of the Distance Sales Contract.
The Buyer declares that he/she has been informed about the product, price, delivery and right of withdrawal before making the payment and that he/she accepts all the terms of this contract.

3. Product and Service Information

  • The purchased product is a digital product or service described in detail on www.cartographero.com .

  • Products are in digital format and delivered electronically.

  • The type, name, price and basic qualities of the products are announced on the site.

  • There is no physical product delivery or shipping process.

4. Payment and Billing Information

  • The product price is stated including all taxes.

  • Payment is made via online payment systems.

  • The invoice is delivered digitally based on the information provided by the recipient.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Following the completion of payment, the product is assigned to the buyer's user account and/or sent to the e-mail address registered in the system.

  • Delivery is made instantly.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • In accordance with Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for digital products that are instantly fulfilled electronically and delivered to the user.

  • Therefore, cancellation or return is not possible for digital products purchased through Cartographero.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of dispute, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the place of residence.

8. Enforcement and Approval

  • By placing an order through www.cartographero.com and approving this document electronically, the Buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the provisions of this Preliminary Information and Distance Sales Agreement.

  • The contract enters into force on the date the electronic confirmation is given.
